Privacy Notice
Updated 4 September 2026
This notice explains how Aldbury Capital handles information received through this website and initial enquiries. Contact rf@aldbury.capital with a privacy question or request.
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, company, business email, country or region and a summary of your opportunity or mandate. Please provide only information you are authorised to share and keep initial summaries non-confidential. Do not include identity documents, account credentials or sensitive transaction files.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request, communicate with you, assess potential professional engagement and maintain relevant business records. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Service providers and disclosure
Our hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver correspondence. Information may also be handled by professional advisers where relevant to an engagement or disclosed where required by law. Enquiry information is not offered for sale. If an enquiry progresses to a transaction, further information-sharing arrangements should be agreed as part of that engagement.
Cookies and technical records
The enquiry service uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. It is not used for advertising. The website release contains no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting systems may record IP addresses, request details and errors. The enquiry service keeps short-lived technical rate-limit records to reduce automated abuse; these records do not contain the text of your enquiry.
Retention and international processing
Enquiries delivered by email may remain in business correspondence and provider backups. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry, any subsequent engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements. Information may be processed in countries where Aldbury and its service providers operate.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, or to raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal or record-keeping requirements before responding. Please use the same business email address where practical.
Updates
Changes to the website’s data handling will be reflected in an updated notice.
